A team of Year 8/9 students will be participating in the following debating competitions:

• Fareham Debating Competition on Friday 22 March 2019 at Fareham College - Parents are invited to attend to support them.
• PiXL Debating Competition on Thursday 28 March 2019 at Downe House School, Cold Ash, Thatcham, Berkshire RG18 9JJ.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to engage in a debate against other schools.  This experience will enable them to understand how to develop their public speaking skills and build their confidence.
