Transport

The Passenger Transport Group is responsible for providing transport assistance to school for entitled students. The Operations Team assesses entitlement and arranges the appropriate transport.

Please be advised that the application process for School Transport has changed.

Parents now apply for transport through the online Transport Portal and should not be completing paper forms.  Please follow the link below which will take you to the Passenger Transport Group's website which will provide you with information on eligibility and the link to the application portal:

https://www.hants.gov.uk/educationandlearning/schooltransport/apply

Please be aware that all bus passes will be issued during the first week of term.

In addition to Passenger Transport, we run Bus F for students who have bought seats and live in the vicinity of the areas listed below.

  • Longfield Avenue / Cranborne Walk Laybay
  • Longmynd Drive / Purbeck Drive
  • Greyshott Avenue / Oldbury Way
  • Gudge Heath Lane / Oak Road
  • Redlands Lane / Westley Grove
  • St Michaels Grove at St John the Baptist Church
  • Wild Ridings / Lynden Close

Bus F fees will be £80.00 per term which can be paid on a termly basis or at the reduced cost of £220.00 for the academic year.  This can be paid either via our Parent Payment System* or by cash or cheque to student reception.  Cheques are to be made payable to Hampshire County Council with your child’s name and Bus F on the back of the cheque.

*Please note that link codes for the Parent Payment System will be issued during the first week in September for new parents.

If you would like your child to use this service please complete the Bus F Registration form.  We will be issuing bus passes on a termly basis and unfortunately we will no longer be able to provide transport in a new term unless payment is up to date for the previous one.

Late Bus

We are very pleased that so many of our students are staying for our range of after college activities.  In order to ensure that everyone gets home safely afterwards we have arranged a late bus for HCC bus users which runs Monday-Thursday at 4.05pm.

If your child experiences any problems getting on the late bus please tell them to come straight back to the College Reception to let us know.  We will then make arrangements to ensure they get home safely.  We are monitoring the usage of our late bus and will adjust the size of bus as needed to accommodate our students.  Students are also reminded that they must board the bus that they are allocated to and have a pass for.

Set down points as follows:

  • Titchfield Hill Primary School
  • Segensworth / Westway
  • Duncan Road / Botley Road
  • Parkway / Leafy Lane
  • Retail Village Roundabout
  • Rookery Avenue
  • Yew Tree Drive
  • Sweethills Crescent

The above is dependent on the students on board.
