The college is organised into four houses and students are identified by their different colour ties:

• Daring - Red
• Invincible - Green
• Triumph - Yellow
• Victorious - Purple

Students remain in the same house throughout their time at Henry Cort and will participate in a range of opportunities and competitions in and out of the classroom to win points for their house.  The house system gives students the chance to work together within their year group and with students from other year groups, developing cooperative relationships across the whole college community.
