IT UPDATE: Cashless Canteen and Letters

Thank you for your patience whilst we have been having problems with our IT in college over the past two weeks.

As you are aware we have been manually inputting all the meals taken by students and cash payments for the college canteen from 9 September 2019.  If you topped up your child’s account after Friday 6 September 2019, although it will show on the Parent Payment System, there is a possibility that it has not been transferred to the canteen account yet.  This week we will process these payments manually at which point you will be able to see the final balance on your child’s account.

We have been working hard to restore the systems, please be aware that we are still unable to email letters home via our In-Touch system, therefore any letters will be sent home via your child and a copy placed on the website.
