We invite you to visit the college to meet your son or daughter’s teachers to discuss their educational progress.  It is important that your son/daughter attends the meetings with you if possible so that they can be part of the discussion.  The venue for the meetings will be in the Communications block.  Please ensure that you sign in on arrival in the canteen.  Please inform us should you require an accessible room for your appointments if you are unable to manage the stairs.

To help the proceedings flow smoothly, we will be operating an appointment system.  You will be notified when our online booking system will be available to make appointments.  An appointment sheet is available to download on the parent events page to allow your son/daughter to arrange appointments with their teachers if you prefer.  There is also a map of the communications block and the room allocations for that evening.

The appointments will be scheduled at 5 minute intervals, so we ask that you keep to your times.  If you wish to have a fuller discussion about your child, please arrange another appointment with the appropriate member of staff when you attend the meeting, or by telephoning or emailing the college.

 Please note that there is limited parking at the college in the evenings.  If possible, please walk or car share with others.  If you do travel by car please leave time to park within walking distance. There are now enforceable parking penalties for soft verge parking on Hillson Drive and parking in the yellow box area of the Community Centre car park near the college.
