Forty seven students in Victorious have 100% attendance for this term.

VNS is the winning tutor group with 7 students with 100% attendance, followed by VSC, VBW and VGC all with 5.

22 students have 100% attendance in both the Autumn and Spring Terms. Very well done.

This year we have welcomed Sam Gowland and Ellie Denman Year 8, and Bella Skipp Year 7 into Victorious from Triumph.

Congratulations to Bronwyn Edmunds VHW, the first student in the House to gain a Gold Certificate, followed by Harry Batt also in VHW. Both now have over 100 House Points and will hopefully soon qualify for the Hall of Fame. An excellent achievement.

Poppy Raval VNS has 93, Bella Skip VNS and Lucy Mace VWS both have 90 House Points, and will soon achieve their Gold certificates. Well done.

This term we have our tutor group led assemblies. Recently VSP produced an excellent powerpoint presentation reminding us of the diverse talents and interests within the House, highlighting some members of the tutor group.

Lottie Ennew is a dancer, as is Chloe Snook whose range includes ballet, tap, modern and Jazz. Lois Kendall street dances.

William Moore and several other students are interested in music, Harry Latter and Connor Dickinson play the drums, Mollie Bedford plays and composes her own music.

Jack Wallace, Lewis Wilkins and Joshua Latus express themselves through the medium of art, while Billie Jepson is also interested in photography.

Sam Bell and Ashley Wilson take part in BMX racing. Other sports include cricket and swimming enjoyed by Abigail Randell, and netball played by Katy Mace and Kayleigh Barton. Michael Clark enjoys snowboarding.

There are a similar range of talents in VSC. In sport, Bradley Haimes and Liam McShannon are proud of getting into the Football League Cup Final this season.

Kyle Davis plays right wing for Whiteley Football Club.

Devika Raval plays hockey for Fareham. Josh Goddard is a member of the Solent Kestrals Basketball Club, and is going to Manchester in June to play in a second round competition. Good luck !

Students in the group with other interests include Matthew Bottomley who belongs to the Fareham Rifle and Pistol Club, Taylor Henson who has just passed her Grade 6 Ballet exam, and Stephanie Francis who achieved her Grade 3 popular music exam singing “Fearless” and “Take a Bow”. Well done !

Ben Savage plays the steel pans.

Jamie Snell entered a talent competition while on holiday, performing a dance and won a prize and a certificate.

Adam Rawlick isn’t in a club, but runs cross country just for fun.

The Victorious Spring Term Challenge, “2 players keeping a soft ball in the air” was finally won by VHJ. The current challenge, “who can stand on one leg the longest” was suggested by Chloe Snook. Who can suggest the next challenge ?
